26 Apr Somalia signs agreement to join African Risk Capacity
The Minister of Humanitarian and Disaster Management of the Federal Republic of Somalia, hon. Khadijo Mohamed Diriye,
has signed an agreement with Somalia to become one of the African Risk Capacities.
Somalia is the 35th member of the bloc, and is the first country to join the ARC in 2021.
