27 Jun The Ministry of humanitarian affairs – MoHADM and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Somali Independence Day have delivered two food aid planes to Hudur district in Bakol region

The Minister of humanitarian affairs and Disaster Management – MoHADM, the Minister of Information Senator Osman Dubbe as well as the Chairman of the Freedom Day Organizing Committee, the Minister of Relief and Disaster Management Hon Khadija Mohamed Diriye and the Directors General of the two Ministries visited Hudur today Bakool region which is implementing the order of the President of JFS Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.

Hudur district is one of the districts most affected by the drought in the country to reduce the impact of the drought on the people and the environment as well as on the vulnerable people affected by the drought.

Minister Khadija noted that the drought relief efforts will continue in accordance with the order of the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
